It’s been tough. I went three weeks. Three whole weeks, I didn’t shop once. My husband was so proud of me that’s what he told me. He even went to get the groceries so I wouldn’t be tempted to buy other items while I was there. Then I thought “hey one time isn’t so bad right?” So I decided to go to the mall.

I think I had an overdose. It was like I had been held back from shopping for so long that I lost control. I just went from aisle to aisle getting one thing after another. Then I found this big barbecue that I knew my husband would love. I thought it would make everything OK.

I couldn’t afford it so I looked online for car title loans in Las Vegas, Nevada. I found out that with car title loans I could get money instantly without the hassle of a credit check. It would be the only way I could afford that grill for my husband. The auto pawns explained everything to me so I understood.

I got the barbecue for my husband and I thought he would be glad with my choice. Instead he just shook his head and said “I’m disappointed in you Dana.”

So I manage this punk band and my band members are really cool and talented but totally irresponsible. Especially out guitarist Matt who also happens to be the lead singer. Now Zac and Dave are very important band members too, but Matt holds two positions so we really can’t function without him. Of course he’s the most careless and irresponsible too. Ugh, musicians! It’s like having five kids with porn and alcohol addictions! So Blink 182 comes to Las Vegas and I finally get these clowns a paying gig with a kick ass bigger band to open for. This is their lucky break! But a few days before the big show, Matt spontaneously decides to jump on a plane to visit his internet lover! To make matters worse the jack ass only had enough money for a one way ticket and got his dumb ass stranded in Florida. I couldn’t cancel the show! I wanted my %20 commission!

It was a good thing that Zac, as usual was passed out drunk when Matt called from Florida because with his car title we were able to quickly fill out an online application and get enough money to fly Matt back in time for the show.
